Tuition & Refund Policy

-Each session is 3 months.

-All families will be invoiced every 3 months for tuition.

-If a dancer is NOT continuing for the next session, parents must respond to the invoice email by the date stated in order to unenroll in classes. Otherwise each dancer is enrolled for the next session.

-Refunds will not be issued once a session has begun except in the case of dancer injury/ medical reason.

-In the event of forced closure by the government, pandemic, or any other circumstances outside the control of IDA, the studio will do everything possible to continue dance classes and may do so by moving classes online. Refunds will not be issued.

-Tuition that is more than 2 weeks late will be charged a 10% late fee per 2 weeks.

-IDA is happy to work with families in need of payment plans. Please contact the studio about this in order not to incur late fees.

-Accounts must be up to date with payments or on a payment plan for participation in classes.
